One thing is for sure..
I am gonna bring my camera..alot of ppl are dressing up for it!!
Definately better than the "Moulin Rouge" theme last yr which will take some effort to dress up for..
Wonder why isn't it a Halloween theme since it's a day after..

Wholesome activities??

Too much beer..
Thurs pump room..Fri S club..
Coupled with 2 bottles of chivas..

I need to relax..
I think it's the work stress..
I have unfinishable work I think..
It's making me demoralised quite often..
but I just have to take it 1 at a time..

Time for some wholesome (healthy) activities this long weekend and coming week..
Wait..it's month end lunar next Friday..and D n D next Saturday..
How to be healthy like dat..

Old

It was only about 30 plus minutes of field soccer..
Headaches..muscle aches..tiredness..etc.
Gone are the days when I could play a full soccer match (90 mins)..
Gone are the days I could sprint like there is no tomorrow..
I'm old..period..

Loved the week that just gone past..
Other than a one time big amount of mahjong losses on Tuesday..

Peak is here??

Woah..work is getting real heavy..
I was quite demoralised today..because it all came in at the same time..
The big cases..the tough cases..for this yr all came in late..
And big cases are still coming into my care!!
Looks like I finally have a real peak after 1yr 4mths..
But guess what..I still left at 6 today..
Had to go buy stuff with colleagues for our DnD banner..

I shall start working hard from Monday onwards..
For now..a fully booked fun weekend ahead!!

KTV Dose 1

Finally KTV'ed after a drought since June..
And it helped I didn't have to keep singing although there were only 2 ppl~..
Fun and shiok!
Topped it up with yummy supper at Kebangan (yo ji mee sua)..
Have not eaten there for some time too!

And I'm really into the Trench Coat type of design jackets/tops etc.
When people wear such jackets / dresses / tops I always think it's nice..
But I won't be able to pull it off haha if I wear them..
So too bad then heh..can only watch cannot wear..

Back to the original topic..
Due to me gianing ktv and advertising it..
There could be more ktv sessions up soon..

Hari Raya Celebrations

A not so gay drinking session yesterday at brewerkz..
One female colleague joined me and shichang (usually it's 2 of us only) for our adhoc midweek drinks..

Can't believe the amount of crap that was said..
and to make things worse..Desmond (my very crap colleague) joined a while too..
Victims of the night??
A tower of golden ale..2 pints of hotback ale..1 pint of fruitale (for the tall one)
And maybe just a lot of brain cells wasted on meaningless conversations..

It did not help that I had to wake up the next day at 7am for my cousin's wedding..
Tea ceremony..Church ceremony..Wedding dinner..

Anyway..can't help but wonder..if my cousin (a pastor) and his wife were the zhu jiao for the afternoon ceremony..
I bet **s*s was mentioned more often..
It was like a service (I've been to a few) than a wedding..
With preaching and asking ppl to join etc..
I jus thought it's like out of context..and way too much pushing it to us..
Got a little put off though..
But I have nothing against the religion..just that it's very exclusive of others and just tends to "advertise" too much..
Other than that, I must say the people are all nice people..

Time to relax and sleep..
It's been a very tiring holiday..
